PeneCore Drilling was founded by Tuan Nguyen in 2009. PeneCore is a Certified Small Business and Certified Minority Business Entity (MBE) based in Woodland, California.
PeneCore specializes in a full range of Environmental Drilling services. Our company provides clients with the unique opportunity to work directly with the company’s owner to ensure responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction.

Xavier Green
Xavier Green has been a project manager for PeneCore Drilling for more than three years. He has over 7 years of experience in the drilling industry, with knowledge of Direct Push, Hollow Stem Auger, and Remediation work. He can give in depth knowledge to any of the rigs in the PeneCore fleet.
He graduated from Sacramento State University with a Management degree and now handles bidding, scheduling,and planning of PeneCore projects all across California. He is also apart of PeneCore‘s Health and Safety team coordinators.
Trey Luzzi
Oversees PeneCore’s organizational operations and procedures on a day to day basis. He is responsible for the efficiency of the business, client services, personnel services, and operating budget. Maintains control over diverse business operations, compliance, matrix strategies, and leadership.
Designs and implements business forecasts, marketing plans, company policies/procedures, and compliance strategies. Evaluates company performance measures by analyzing and interpreting data and various matrixes. Trey sets comprehensive goals for performance growth, which results in consistent sales/marketing growth. Establishes policies and procedures that promote a positive company culture and vision. Oversees daily operations of IT, sales, finance, customer services, human resources, health and safety, and quality assurance. Responsible for quarterly benchmarks and company milestones, and manages relationships with partners, vendors, customers, and state/county agencies.

PeneCore Drilling has adopted and practices the Loss Prevention Systems (LPS) behavior based health and safety program.
