PeneCore Drilling’s Geoprobe 8040DT provides our clients with the ability to complete challenging projects using Direct Push and Hollow Stem Auger like never before.
The Geoprobe 8040DT is equipped with a powerful GH80 hammer capable of driving 2.25” up to 6” direct push casing. We can collect continuous core samples up 3” in diameter and install 2” PrePack wells using our DT45 Dual-tube System.
As a full functioning Hollow Stem Auger rig the 8040DT can drill and install wells up to 6” in diameter while collecting SPT samples using the Automatic Drop Hammer.

This probe is a versatile and rugged probing machine designed for accomplishing the majority of our probing tasks. Direct push rig accepts most Geoprobe rods and tooling. This rig is great for the collecting shallow surface soil, vapor, and water samples where the power of rig is not needed. The drill features a 54-in. stroke and 25,000 lb. of pulling capacity for subsurface work. Lateral movement of the unit provides for offset placement of the probe without moving the carrier vehicle. A heavy-duty steel frame and dual extend tubes add stability to probing operations.

The 6712DT Track mounted Rig combines the strengths of the 6610DT (such as its Size and Cost Effectiveness) with creature comforts previously only seen in larger machines. This powerful little machine was designed specifically to be durable yet as lightweight as possible. At 23 in. wide, 62 in. tall (folded), and weighing less than 425 lb., the 420M can be manually lifted and carried to remote sampling locations. It can also be deployed to hard-to-reach and narrow sampling locations. The 420M is powered by a remote hydraulic power source (sold separately) which easily attaches to the machine or by using the auxiliary hydraulics from other Geoprobe® machines.
